Traditional Boma Houses
Our lodge consists of 5 houses using the same materials and methods as a traditional boma Maasai house. Inside, guests enjoy modern comfort and luxury with solar heated water, toilets and quality beds. Each house features a beautiful bedside view of the sunrise over Mount Kilimanjaro.
Dining & Wining
All meals are served in our restaurant, and due to the rural location we only offer Full Board and Half Board accommodation. There are no other restaurants in the area, making our dining experience an essential part of your authentic stay in TingaTinga village.
Cultural Immersion
Immerse yourself in Maasai culture with guided tours, traditional dances, and bonfires. Visit our school, connect with women’s groups, or arrange a memorable Maasai family visit. Your stay includes several unique and memorable activities.
Our Projects

Stay at Tembo Lodge
Tembo Lodge can be included as part of our safari journeys or as a standalone destination. Packages typically include accommodation, all meals, and selected activities.
For the most immersive experience, we recommend a stay of at least 3 nights. This allows time to settle in, enjoy the surroundings, participate in activities, and truly appreciate the peaceful rhythm of lodge life.
